Maansi is a Registered Physiotherapist, she completed her Bachelor in Physiotherapy from India and has been working as a Physiotherapist since 2007. She is a member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and has extensive experience working with various injuries including orthopedic, cardiorespiratory, neurological, sports, motor vehicle and concussion. She uses a hands on approach with a focus on exercise and education. She is trained in skills such as Manual therapy, Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Mckenzie, Myofascial release, Taping, Concussion and has taken advanced certificate courses in peripheral and spinal treatments. She is always keen on pursuing continuing education to keep herself updated.
She has treated a wide variety of patients ranging from kids to seniors and can speaks 3 languages – English, Hindi and Punjabi. Maansi is a strong believer in evidence-based practice. Her approach to physiotherapy aims to promote education about conditions and empower patients to engage in their preferred activities to the best of their abilities. Her practice consists of a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription and education about injury prevention.
